SIM does not generally provide 3rd party management services; with few exceptions it manages projects that owns with its partners. SIM continually monitors all their properties and tours every project regularly, completing property inspections for lease compliance, with a special focus on building structural and roof maintenance. SIM land holdings are also monitored regularly to ensure code compliance and tax holding designations are properly maintained.
