Tim is a licensed real estate agent and has organized real estate partnerships for investment since 1978. As a member of the Phoenix Thunderbirds, he served as a Chairman of the 1998 Phoenix Open and was the group’s Big Chief in 1998-1999. He also sits on the Board of Directors of the Phoenix Public Safety Foundation and served on The Thunderbird Charities Board as well.
Ed is a licensed real estate agent and has been in the real estate business since 1975. He has organized real estate partnerships for investment since 1978. As a member of the Phoenix Thunderbirds, he served as a Chairman of the 1996 Phoenix Open and was the group’s Big Chief in 1996-1997. He also serves as an Elder of Scottsdale Bible Church and is on the Board of Directors of Phoenix Seminary and the Phoenix Public Safety Foundation.
Garry has been a licensed real estate broker since 1981. He has organized real estate partnerships for investment since 1978. Garry, along with SIM partners Ed and Tim Grant, co-founded the Phoenix Public Safety Foundation in 1988 to raise money for sick or injured police officers and firefighters not covered by other benefits. He played professional baseball for 13 years.
Ed is a licensed real estate broker with over 20 years experience in real estate, finance, and economic development. He is a former Chairman of the City of Scottsdale Planning Commission and was the Arizona Commerce Authority’s nominee for Game Changing Economic Developers Under 40. Ed is also on the Board of Directors of the Phoenix Thunderbirds, a philanthropic group and hosts of the Waste Management Phoenix Open.
He graduated from the Eller College of Management at University of Arizona with the degree in finance and earned his MBA from the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University.
